A dish can be made in various ways and the method of preparing marination is the trickiest thing in tandoori chicken. The improper technique might completely ruin the elegant taste and flavours of the dish. Making it too dry due to over-roasting also ruins the flavours of spices. Follow these tips to make the tandoori chicken tender and delicious.

• The type of marinade you are using is enough to change the taste of the chicken. Once the marinade is done, you must keep the chicken aside for 3-4 hours. With this the taste of the marinade will seep into the chicken making it juicier and tasteful.

• Cooking temperature is ideal for cooking it tenderly. The too high temperature would burn the marinade which would spoil the taste. Similarly, the too low temperature might dry the moisture content. Hence, the ideal temperature would avoid burning and over-drying.
